Please bring the following to registration:
- Registration Fees
- Original birth certificate and 1 photocopy
- Proof of residency in the form of a Utility Bill (i.e. Electric, Water or Gas) Original and 1 photocopy
- Copy of final 2007/2008 school report card; if you do not have the final report card showing all 4 quarters, it will be collected on the first day of practice.
Player/Cheerleader must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
